You can change your password using the Account Information page.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in, you can request a password reset email using the Sendloop login page.
To navigate to the Account Information page, click on your name (located in the top right corner) after you've logged into the Sendloop Dashboard. You will be directed to the Account Information page.
Near the middle of the Account Information page, select I want to change my password. You will see three new fields appear:
- Current Password
- New Password
- Confirm Password
Once you've populated the three fields above correctly, scroll to the bottom and click Save Account Settings.
